Hi, my name is Simon and I am a very sweet 1-year-old Lab/ Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. I am sad to say I didn’t come from a great home but the folks at the MCSPCA are loving me away and giving me all the care I need. I am very loving and have learned to trust but I am still a little shy in new situations so you have to be patient with me. I am really comfortable around other dogs and love to play. I think it would be great for me to find a home of my own with another dog so I can follow their lead. Will you be patient with me and help me give me the love I need to be the dog I was always meant to be.

Tippy is a beautiful sweetheart. Tippy is a 9 month old white Persian kitty. She came to the MCSPCA because her owner could no longer care for her. Tippy is shy in new situations, and she needs some time to warm up to new people, but she is very affectionate and loving once she is comfortable with you. Tippy loves other kitties too.

Wickett is a 2-or-so-year-old Pekingese who was found as a stray. He’s a lovely dog who has been living in a foster home while his eyes were being treated medically. Wickett is a real lover-boy. He likes other dogs and is a great snuggler. Wickett enjoys his walks, and he loves the snow, so he was very happy this winter! Will you make his spring a happy one by giving him a home?

Maggie looks like a Boxer/ English Bulldog mix; she is about 3 years old. Maggie is very sweet, mushy, and loving. She enjoys pets, and is a real leaner. She will give sweet kisses, too. Maggie enjoys her walks, and is especially happy to find a ball or toy she can carry with her. Maggie is housetrained. She knows “sit”, “down”, and “paw”. Maggie likes other dogs, but she doesn’t want to share her home with a cat.

Spookie is a friendly, lovable boy who was found in a Good Samaritan’s backyard. Spookie loves people and other kitties. He loves to play and cuddle too! Spookie is about 8 months old. He loves belly rubs and curling up with you for a snuggle. Spookie really is great with everybody and would make a fantastic family pet!

Rocky is a 2-year old American Bulldog who was found as a stray. What a face! You just want to grab those jowls and give him a kiss! He is a snorty, drooly mushball who loves attention. Rocky leans against you for pets. He prefers milk bone biscuits over soft treats – just leaves the soft ones on the floor. Rocky likes to play tug. He knows “sit”, “stay”, and “come”.

Coco is a roly-poly ball of cuteness! She is one of the snuggliest kitties you’ll ever meet. She is a friendly girl who looks up at you with puppy dog eyes that will melt your heart when you cuddle with her! Coco is about 2 years young. She came to the MCSPCA because her owner moved and couldn’t take her along. Coco is great with other cats and she absolutely loves people. Coco would make a fantastic family pet!

Frodo is a 3-year-old Terrier mix. He looks like he might have some Australian Shepherd and some Corgi genes. Frodo is a very energetic terrier who needs to be kept busy, and he’s a happy, happy joy, joy kind of guy. Frodo loves to play with the ball and a good game of tug. He enjoys being petted and will leap into your lap to give kisses. He likes walks. Frodo knows “sit” and “down” and catches treats in the air. He enjoys other dogs.

Indy is a favorite at the MCSPCA! He is a snuggly, wonderful loverboy. Indy came to the MCSPCA because his family could no longer care for him. Indy can be a little shy when he meets new people, but it doesn’t take long for him to relax and become your best friend. He loves to be petted and will roll around to help you pet him more! Indy is a 9 year old purr machine. Once he knows you, he likes to sit on your lap too! Indy gets along fine with other kitties and he really loves people! Indy is the purrfect companion!
