Hi, I’m Doogie! I’m about 2 years old. I used to live with a big family and lots of kids always around, and I was rather shell-shocked when I lost that life. I was very sad but now have new friends at the SPCA and am a happier dog. I love to play, and fetch is my favorite game. I will put the ball right at your feet for another throw, and back away so you can pick it up. I can catch the ball on the fly, too. I am also willing to amuse myself if I have to. Everyone thinks it’s funny when I try to put more than one tennis ball in my mouth. I love the baby pool – it’s a great place to unwind and relax after a good game of fetch. I have been going on outings with my favorite volunteer lately, and am really enjoying getting out of the shelter. I’m a very good boy for her. I am enjoying playing with other dogs at the shelter!
