Hi! My name is Frenchie. Everyone says I’m a sweet mushball boy! I was found as a stray and the Good Samaritan who found me brought me to the MCSPCA. Thank goodness he found me and noticed I was in a lot of pain because, as it turns out, I had an extremely painful bladder condition! The doctor says I had a blockage in my urinary tract. If left untreated, the condition could have been fatal. I’m also a lucky boy because Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital was able to provide the corrective surgery in time to save my life. Now, I’m as good as new! To keep my tract on the right track, the doctor recommends that I eat a mostly wet-food diet. That’s fine with me-I love wet food! I also love to nap and sit on the windowsill and watch the world go by.
Everyone says that I’m really friendly and good with everyone. I like children, adults, other cats and dogs too! My friends at the shelter say I’m a really good cuddler too. It’s true-I really enjoy a good snuggle!
I am about 4 years young and I love to play. One of my favorite games is to chase the dog’s leash! My very favorite thing in the world would be to find my forever home. And, if anyone is able to donate to my other furry friends at the MCSPCA, that would be great too! I was told that my surgery was quite expensive, and we need to replenish our “Duchess Fund,” which covers emergency surgeries like mine.
