Hello! My name is Giraffe and I am 3 year old terrier mix. No one seems to know how I got my name… lol! My original owner had called me Jewel which works, since I am a beautiful jewel! I came to stay here at the Monmouth County SPCA after my last owner had to move and was not able to take any pets with her. I can be a shy girl at first so I am hoping to have a nice quiet home without too much chaos so I can unwind and relax. It might take me a little time to warm up you at first, but once I do I will be snuggling up to you for some attention and cuddle time.
I am still young at heart and I do like to play; squeaky toys and balls are my favorites. I am a smart girl too who knows “sit”, “down”, “stay”, “come” and “shake”. I know a few tricks too and like to show off by catching treats in the air!!! See… I am the perfect package all in one!
