Hi! My name is Phoebe. I am 4 years young and front declawed. I LOVE catnip and I am a lap cat too! I’m very friendly. I am very affectionate and I love to give you kisses! I love to have my head and the sides of my face petted. My family lost their home during Hurricane Sandy. I really like people, but not cats. Having to live in a home with several cats was very stressful for me, so my family brought me to the Monmouth County SPCA so that I could find a new home without any other cats. I love to sit in windowsills and soak in the sunlight. Everyone tells me that I’m a sweetheart and a great companion.
