Hi! I’m Tara! I’m about 10 months old, and I came to NJ from Puerto Rico. I am very thankful that I was rescued from the streets. I was petrified when I came to the SPCA – there were too many changes in my life and I’d never really been exposed to nice people. I’d be happiest in a quiet home, and I’ve shown that I will bond quickly with my new family. I will greet you happily when you come home, and follow you wherever you go. It would be nice to live with another dog, but that’s not completely necessary.
